In this Blog simply titled "I Am", you will get to see and hear from some of the unique the people I photograph.
Every person has a unique story that may surprise you. The intention is to elevate ourselves through communication and to realize that people are more alike than different. I have learned that the more we share, the more we think. This provokes conversations, empathy and connects us all. Here is a spoiler...we all have more in common than we don't. So don't be surprised if you find yourself relating to these people. One Love.
Now let's meet model and actress Sofi Manko. I was very moved by Sofi's strength, work ethic and her ability at such a young age to recognize the path she was on, wasn't her path. She found her light the old fashion way, hard work, patience and being stubborn. But it's not over yet!
When I met and photographed Sofi she didn't have an agent because she legally can't yet. That makes it impossible for her to work. But I saw something brilliant in her and decided to take a chance and produce this shoot myself. I took a chance that my instincts were right, and that Sofi could deliver high level modelling, and she did. In fact she has to be one of the best posing models I have ever shot.
